NRG Proplaits keeps the hair manageable while plaiting and has a gentle yet firm adhesive quality that holds the hair in place without being tacky, and because its water based, NRG Proplaits simply washes off in water without any sticky residue.

NRG Proplaits also saves you time. With the use of a neck rug or hood, plaits can be completed with NRG Proplaits the night before leaving the hair tight and firm overnight and allowing you more time during your competition morning.

Unlike other plaiting products, NRG Proplaits leaves no white flakes or marks, has no harmful drying agents and, once dry, has a healthy shine to enhance the natural appearance of your perfect plaits. The NRG Team has also improved the spray nozzle making applications a breeze.

Easy Application
• First comb the mane then spray all the mane with NRG Proplaits.
• As each plait is made, and before tying off, apply a small spray of NRG Proplaits to hold the plait in place before sewing or banding.
• Once the mane is plaited, a quick spray will hold plaits firmly in place – even overnight if using a neck rug or hood – ready for your competition.

EASY RETURNS

Saddleworld Devonport Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. To qualify for a refund, products must be in their original condition with tags attached, and proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Refund Requests: Must be made within 14 days of delivery unless the product is faulty or recalled.
  • Exchanges: Allowed up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Exclusions:

  • Feed, vitamins, and medical items are non-returnable unless faulty or recalled.
  • Special orders are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.
  • Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return an Item:

Before sending a return, please contact us at info@saddleworlddevonport.com.au or submit a return request via your account. Once your request is processed, we will provide a return authorization number.

  • You may arrange your own postage or opt for us to handle the return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that if your order qualified for "Free Freight over $200," postage costs will be deducted from your refund if you make a return.

Important Notes:

  • The original postage charge cannot be refunded unless the order contains incorrect or damaged products.
  • Postage costs for returns of items that are not faulty or damaged are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
  • Saddleworld Devonport cannot accept returns on earrings, underwear, horse supplements, or horse feed unless faulty.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Can I return my item if it doesnt fit?

You absolutely can!

We have a 14 day return policy that applies to most items.

We cannot take back

- Sale items

- Used or damaged items (unless faulty)

- Items out of terms (Delivered more than 14 days ago)

Can you ship Feed and Heavy Items?

Feed and Heavy Items (5kg+) are click and collect only.

We know this is a hassle! But please visit your local Saddleworld or feed shed to grab these items in person. Support your local!

Can I Pre-Order something not in stock?

You absolutely can! Please contact us and we will be in touch to organise a Special Order for you.

Please note that some items are seasonal, especially clothes or rugs, and once we sell out of a certain size we will not be able to get it back in. However, we are pretty knowledgeable on available products, and should be able to help you out anyway!
