Returns Policy

Saddleworld Devonport understands that there may be some instances where you may want to return items. 
Before sending back a return, please email and we will forward a simple form to fill out. Once we have processed your request we will forward you a return authorization number in order to send your goods back. 
The product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.
No returns on sale items (unless faulty).
The original postage charge cannot be refunded unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Postage for returns that are not damaged or have a manufacturing fault is to be paid by the customer.
Refunds will be refunded to the purchaser's original payment method.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the below items for return if you have changed your mind.

  • Underwear

Saddleworld Devonport cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the return transit.
