Saddleworld Devonport Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. To qualify for a refund, products must be in their original condition with tags attached, and proof of purchase must be provided.
- Refund Requests: Must be made within 14 days of delivery unless the product is faulty or recalled.
- Exchanges: Allowed up to 30 days from the delivery date.
Exclusions:
- Feed, vitamins, and medical items are non-returnable unless faulty or recalled.
- Special orders are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.
- Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item:
Before sending a return, please contact us at info@saddleworlddevonport.com.au or submit a return request via your account. Once your request is processed, we will provide a return authorization number.
- You may arrange your own postage or opt for us to handle the return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that if your order qualified for "Free Freight over $200," postage costs will be deducted from your refund if you make a return.
Important Notes:
- The original postage charge cannot be refunded unless the order contains incorrect or damaged products.
- Postage costs for returns of items that are not faulty or damaged are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
- Saddleworld Devonport cannot accept returns on earrings, underwear, horse supplements, or horse feed unless faulty.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
