Beneficial for allergic skin issues and mild dermatological conditions and symptoms of respiratory allergies. Assists in support of immune function and response to help strengthen mucus membranes against airborne allergens.

Allergies

Respiratory and skin allergies occur in horses during the usual spring period but also at other times and for no specific reason. Allergy symptoms, which depend on the substance involved, can affect the airways, sinuses and nasal passages, skin, and digestive system. Reactions can range from mild to severe – from runny eye and nose with watery fluid, to head flicking and particularly irritating skin rashes. An allergen is typically defined as a usually harmless substance capable of triggering a response that starts in the immune system and results in an allergic reaction.

Causes

An allergy starts when the immune system mistakes a normally harmless substance for a dangerous invader. The immune system then produces antibodies that remain on the alert for that particular allergen. When you’re exposed to the allergen again, these antibodies can release a number of immune system chemicals, such as histamine, that cause allergy symptoms. The underlying mechanism involves immunoglobulin E antibodies (IgE), part of the body’s immune system, binding to an allergen and then to a receptor on mast cells or basophils where it triggers the release of inflammatory chemicals such as histamine – called mast cell degranulation.
Botanical ingredients can help support the body to reduce the impact of
allergies by reducing the bodies allergic response.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

  • Pony: 10ml daily
  • Horse: 20ml daily
  • For best results load dose twice daily for 5-10 days depending upon the severity
  • Add to feed
  • Use daily with horses in work as required

EASY RETURNS

Saddleworld Devonport Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. To qualify for a refund, products must be in their original condition with tags attached, and proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Refund Requests: Must be made within 14 days of delivery unless the product is faulty or recalled.
  • Exchanges: Allowed up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Exclusions:

  • Feed, vitamins, and medical items are non-returnable unless faulty or recalled.
  • Special orders are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.
  • Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return an Item:

Before sending a return, please contact us at info@saddleworlddevonport.com.au or submit a return request via your account. Once your request is processed, we will provide a return authorization number.

  • You may arrange your own postage or opt for us to handle the return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that if your order qualified for "Free Freight over $200," postage costs will be deducted from your refund if you make a return.

Important Notes:

  • The original postage charge cannot be refunded unless the order contains incorrect or damaged products.
  • Postage costs for returns of items that are not faulty or damaged are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
  • Saddleworld Devonport cannot accept returns on earrings, underwear, horse supplements, or horse feed unless faulty.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Can I return my item if it doesnt fit?

You absolutely can!

We have a 14 day return policy that applies to most items.

We cannot take back

- Sale items

- Used or damaged items (unless faulty)

- Items out of terms (Delivered more than 14 days ago)

Can you ship Feed and Heavy Items?

Feed and Heavy Items (5kg+) are click and collect only.

We know this is a hassle! But please visit your local Saddleworld or feed shed to grab these items in person. Support your local!

Can I Pre-Order something not in stock?

You absolutely can! Please contact us and we will be in touch to organise a Special Order for you.

Please note that some items are seasonal, especially clothes or rugs, and once we sell out of a certain size we will not be able to get it back in. However, we are pretty knowledgeable on available products, and should be able to help you out anyway!
