All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).

Devonport Saddleworld’s pricing is in line with the recommended retail price for each item as defined by the manufacturer.


While all reasonable care has been taken Devonport Saddleworld does not take responsibility for damage caused by any products purchased from us.

When you spend $200 or more your order is posted for free.

When your order is under $200 it will be sent at a flat rate of $12.00

Please ensure that you provide a delivery address during business hours to reduce your liability as we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen orders that have not been signed for.

Orders will be despatched within two working days.

You will receive a tracking number when you place orders, please double check that these don’t land in your 'Junk Mail' folder.


Devonport Saddleworld understands that there may be some instances where you may want to return items. 

Before sending back a return, please email and we will forward a simple form to fill out. Once we have processed your request we will forward you a return authorisation number in order to send your goods back.

The product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.

The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.

Refunds will be credited onto the purchaser's original credit card.
